The institute has extended the provision of publication of the research papers in its journal onwards 2015. The name of the journal is “The Quest for Fundamental Development” –A Biannual, Bilingual research journal on Developmental Studies, Social Sciences and Humanities relating to Regional, National and International Issues. The ISSN of the journal is 2394-8981. This is a peer reviewed International journal. The medium of exposition is English and Bengali language. The time of publication of the journal is June and December, each year. The processing charge/fees of the article is Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only per article for employeds and Rs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred fifty) only for non-employeds. This amount is changeable in upward direction. 1. The author(s) should send the article to the Chief Editor along with a declaration that the article has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.
2. Article should be submitted in hard copy as well as in soft copy. The language of the manuscript is English only. The manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft-word documents (within Three thousand words) in Times New Roman (font size 12) on A4 size leaving the margins of 2 inch on all four sides. The line spacing should be single-spaced including tables, notes, references and bibliography (optional). The tables should be properly arranged with the number and title at the Top along with its source at the foot if these are prepared and/ or collected from that of secondary type.
3. Full length Research Paper/article should preferably be divided as follows: Title, Authors name (in bold) with institutional address, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (optional), Notes and References, bibliography (optional).
4. The notes and references should be presented through ordered asterisk number and non-asterisk number super scribed at the relevant portion of the text. Again these should be arranged at the end of the manuscript in order of their appearance. The references to the reports, records, books, articles, unpublished thesis, web-links, news paper etc. should be arranged in the following manner:
   1. For A Report: Publisher, Report title, place of publication, Year, Page No.
   2. For A Record: Hyphen initial, Related Title if any, Source, Address.
   3. For an authored book: Author’s Surname Initial; Book Name.  Publisher, Place of publication, Year of publication: Page No.
   4. For an edited book: Author’s Surname Initial; Article Name, Editor(s) name, Book name, Publisher, Place of publication, Year of publication: Page No.
   5. For A Journal: Author’s Surname Initial; Article Title. Journal name, Volume, Issue, Month and Year of publication, Page No.
   6. For a Thesis: Author’s Surname Initial; Thesis Title. University, Place, Year: Page No.
   7. Website link: Title of the Topic. Available from Link
   8. Newspaper: Name of the paper, Status, place of publication, Date, Month and year, Page No.
5. Bibliography (if any) should be arranged in the following manner: Reports, Records, Books, Articles, web links, Newspaper etc. In every case author/Editor’s name should be alphabetically arranged relating to their titles. 
6. The decision of the Editorial Board regarding acceptance of any article will be final and binding. The Editorial Board reserve the right to edit, amend and delete any portion of the article along with its language with a view to making it more suitable.
7. Articles which are not found suitable for the journal will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed and proper stamped envelope.
8. No correspondence will be entertained on the articles rejected by the Editorial Board.
9. Editorial Board/publisher assumes no responsibility for the statements, opinions and views advanced by the contributors.
10. Processing charge/fees is to be sent after the communication regarding acceptance of the article.
