This society/institute extends two kinds of Memberships

1. Honorary Membership and
2. Life Membership.

Honorary Membership

This type of Membership is extended through nomination. The nominees are the Executive Committee/Governing Body Members of the institute. A person of eminence whose contribution/donation to the society is deemed to be necessary for the improvement as well as development of the society is entitled to become Honorary member. This class of members is not eligible to be member of the Executive Committee/Governing Body and entitled to vote in any meeting of the society.

Life Membership

Any Person holding a University degree and paying the prescribed fees at most in four equal instalments within a year may be admitted as life member in the society/institute. The Prescribed fees for such kind of membership is Rs. 2000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand) only at present. These fees are changeable in upward direction from time to time. The payment of this fees through single instatement is preferable for the official convenience of the society.

Cessation of membership

Any member shall cease to be a member on the following grounds: -

• on the acceptance of his/her resignation from membership,
• on his/her becoming in sane or insolvent,
• on his conviction of any offence in connection with the formation, management or conduct of affairs of society or a body corporate or of any offence in moral turpitude.

Rights and obligation of Members:

Any first or founder member (the signatories to the Memorandum of Association and the office bearers of the Governing Body of the society at the time of its formation are the first and founder members of the society) and life member have the rights: -

• to elect and to be elected in any election of the society,
• to submit suggestion for discussion to the Governing Body and sub-committee on any matter relating to the society,
• to inspect the accounts and proceedings of the meetings of the society on appointment with the General Secretary,
• to pay his/her subscription within the prescribed time. Defaulting members are not allowed to take part or vote in a meeting. Members of the stated types shall have one vote each.
• All members of the society who are on its register for not less than one year are entitled to receive at their registered address copies of all non-priced published materials.
• Besides, the dimension of rights and obligations of the members may be increased from time to time with growth and development of the society/institute.

This is presented here in with the process of paying the prescribed fees in its notes for the convenience of the interested eligible person. Off line method is followed in the cases of collection and submission of filled in application form with prescribed fees for life membership. Online method has yet not been started.
