The activists and associates of the institute have not been able to make themselves available to continue the chain of activities so far developed for their keen engagement in the construction activity of Institutional building. But they are at present after the termination of the construction activity of Institutional building seen to start the process of publishing, The Quest for Fundamental Development- A Bi Annual Research Journal on Developmental Studies, Social Sciences and Humanities relating to Regional, National and Inter National Issues (ISSN: 2394-8981), the proposed research journal of the institute. Already four issues of this journal: Vol.1, No.2, June 2015 and Vol.1, No.3, December, 2015 and so on have been published. Process of its enlistment in the list of UGC recommended Journal is being followed.  An one day self-funded national level seminar, ‘Science, Philosophy, Religion (Dharma) And Society-An Empirical And Theoretical Discourse’ has been organized by them vis-à-vis the Institute on 27th December, 2015 at the seminar theatre/hall in the Institutional building immediately after the termination of the Institutional building’s inauguration ceremony. It is very much hopeful now that this changed uplifted position of the Institute with its Institutional building will make the Institute able to have its full blooming condition. The COOCH BEHAR PANCHANAN BARMA UNIVERSITY (CBPBU) would widen the path for this extending co-operation towards the Institute by giving the affiliation. There will certainly be an end of the sprouting condition of the Institute and the Institute will truly be an Institute in this furthest region soon in the coming course of time.
